Ordered on-line for same day delivery. Received email from Darla's Flowers in less than 30 min that they did not have specific flowers as shown in photo, they ask if okay to substitute. I telephoned them, we talked it over, and I received thank you from the recipient just two hours later! Great service and very easy to work with. Definitely will use Darla's again!
