I ordered this arrangement right after Valentines day and they were out of some of the flowers shown in the picture. Darla's reached out to me to let me know what the issue was, right away. They really wanted to make it right. The person I ordered the flowers for is wild about hot pink so Darla made sure to include as much of that color in the arrangement as she could. She added additional flowers to make it fuller. The recipient loved the flowers and I appreciated Darla's going the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with the arrangement. They also let me know when they received the online order and emailed me when they delivered the arrangement. They are very professional and their arrangements are wonderful. I will continue to get my arrangements here.
